I don't think I've ever seen a bowler who quite blatantly throws it more than this kid. Wtaf

The two opening bowlers for Bangladesh have been absolutely unreal.

Ya that spell from both ends would have bothered any test batsman.

We're looking majorly out of our depth here.
I've been really unimpressed. Yea Chiwala played some punchy shots but he was never lasting long with that technique.

In fact, all the batters in this squad seem to have this same woodeny type technique, where its very proddy and weak with the bat movement. If this is the next generation then we have very little to be excited about going forward.

I do like Mahdidi and Chimungoro. I think Kian Blignaut has the best technique out of all the batters but looks limited with his shots. Mind you he's only 17.

How many of these kids actually qualify for the next world cup? I saw the excuses already coming out about 2028. These guys are horrible.

It was claimed 8, but now looks like maybe 1.
But we have seen a post about this WC being unimportant as we were building for the next WC, so what does that mean? Maybe they'll juggle the birth certificates? Maybe there are another 10 starlets in waiting at Wise Owl?

Nice 50 from our captain. He's a decent player, will be interesting to see how he goes in franchise.
My fear is theyre going to try and rescue something out of this and try and fast track one of these lads.

It will be interesting how he goes about the rest of his innings. The game is all but dead, but he could try and take strike more and up his run rate. Mazvitorera can hold a bat for sure. He could sneak a 100 here if he's smart and a bit lucky.

Its the affliction of most of our pro cricketers. Against good bowling they cant go at much more than 50%.
It really is a problem and is the difference between ok and good.
