Seriously Mazakadza has been a huge dissapointment. He has played for so long with these players, during his playing days he was no doubt a passionate Zimbabwe cricketer who always gave it his all.

What a shame, what's gone wrong with him?

Long said that he has no clue as a leader. As a player was just in it for himself. Whenever an opportunity came up for reform, he flaked because he probably knew he would struggle in a thriving system. He took all that promise he had in the beginning and wasted it. He turned his back on the system that identified and groomed him. He got comfortable and was happy travelling the world and cashing his cheque. He was happy to be in the system that allowed him to stay at the top without accountability, and gave his brothers pay cheques too.
