Part of me wants these guys to taste World Cup cricket, the rest doesn't want anything that will give the malestrom in CRicket Kenya the slightest shred of credibility.

Is there any hope for Kenyan cricket? Whatever happened to Seren Waters? Amazing to still see some veteran names in the lineup like Nelson Odhiambo, Rakep Patel, Shem Ngoche, and Lucas Oluoch.

Seren seems to have walked away from playing a while back, but he and his father David, are doing great work at the Nairobi club and an institution called the East Africa Character Development Trust. Neil Mugabe is in the squad, but he batted really slowly against Malawi and I think that got him dropped. As far as bowling goes, Lucas Oluoch and Vraj Patel are the danger guys in this XI
