Re: [Match Thread] Intercontinental Cup - Zimbabwe XI v Kenya
Hello respective zim C fans.
i am from afghanistan ofcourse a great fan of the cricket.
i must say i love zim win over kenya. congrats to Vusi Sibanda on his double century yesterday and i am sure he can make another 100 on his birthday today
on the other hand do not worry about the lineup every thing is going on very well.
also congrats *Chamu Chibhabha on his 50 right now
just 98 runs to rap up the match and get to 23 points just ahead of kenya on the points table
scot
afghanistan
and there you will go Zim
lovely.
i wonder when they will update the next fixtures i am sure its Afghanistan V ireland in Dubai the last time they said about the date it will happen was 12th Oct 2009 but there is nothing like that so far.
celebrate your convincing win over kenya that will take you all to 23 points on this tournament so far and if zim RR is more than afghanistan it will take zim directly on the 2nd spot on the table hide your smile lol
i dont know how could scots manage to get in the top of the table? strange.
good day all

Welcome!

Scotland got 1st-innings points in both their matches, while ZimXI and Afghanistan didn't. Those 6 points could make all the difference eventually...afghan wrote:i dont know how could scots manage to get in the top of the table? strange.

Welcome indeed Afghan
This board is certainly one which brings people together from many parts of the world, it's a pity that all those idiot politicians out there can't think in the same way that we all do at ZCF.
I had a look earlier and everything was going well at 180 something for 2, it seems that the Zim players now want to make things a little bit more exciting as 190-2 becomes 213-5.
Assuming that the cricinfo scorecard is correct, what on earth was Shingi Masakadza doing opening the batting
Good innings from Chamu Chibhabha, another man that needs some good performances to get back in the selectors minds, and what can be said about Vusi Sibanda
a brilliant 209 and now another hundred in the 2nd innings, i imagine that Kenya will be very pleased not to be bowling to him during the ODI series.
Almost there now at 233-5 with Sibanda 112* and Forster Mutizwa 14* ......

Ah, I see. Scotland *should* have been trounced in their match against Ireland, but the weather saved the day for them. Sadly.afghan wrote:i know they did but i was talking about not being a strong team but still manage to get the top on the table... yet so far...
