There's probably 100 spectators watching our national side.
If we played football warm-up we'd get close on a thousand.
Zimbabwe XI to Play South Africa "A"
Re: Zimbabwe XI to Play South Africa "A"
Again bad light stopped play ..i don't know when ZC will find money to install floodlights at HSC ..when u get quality sides like southafrica to tour make sure the game happens

This is why Shumba is miles ahead of other young batters like Kaitano, Wessley, Kasuza. Once again he is showing his worth.
I may be a bit harsh on Masvaure, but I don't think he fits in the ODI side. I will take Ryan Burl ahead of him anyday.
Burl must play the next game.

I'm assuming we are quite a long way behind the D/L score?
Hopefully they get back out there but it's not looking great. Shame as these two were looking good

Not a good look going off for bad light not even halfway through and innings.
ZC want the fixtures. Invest in some floodlights

Masvaure is a neat back up opener. Can stay in and prevent collapses though he is limited in scoringsam_ahm wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 1:31 pmThis is why Shumba is miles ahead of other young batters like Kaitano, Wessley, Kasuza. Once again he is showing his worth.

Bob wouldn't let them install them because he didn't want 'light pollution' in his garden*. And ED is less of a cricket fan than he him.....so not sure if it's ever going to be allowed at HSC!
* or so the rumour goes, anyway

Light shouldn't have been an issue so early. Is it because it's winter there and quite cloudy today?
