I actually thought he bowled spin but he’s just been bowling on the stream. Right-arm seamer.

He's actually a tidy bowler I think. Big tall bowler with a nice high action. Remember him in Bangladesh and liked the look of him

I see Ben Compton has signed up to play in the South African domestic 4 day comp. Shame he won't be back with the Moutaineers this season.

Wow he's upgraded. That's a shame as playing here clearly did quite a huge amount for him and his career. No idea what the standard of their 4-day is like these days. Will be interesting to follow his scores there compared to here.

I wonder if he's got half an eye on playing tests for SA one day in the future? Although SA have almost abandoned the format, so that doesn't make much sense.
