I remember that game. He was an U19 skipper, legspinning allrounder as well... Another one that got away...
Wasn't much of a batter, and his brother Ryan was better Leg spinner. Would he have done much at the international level? Na, doubt it.
Somebody like Ives or Mavuta, who actually spin the ball, would have more of an effect

Nice to see Mavuta make his debut but, unless he's injured, players like Musakanda should be playing every single match possible to gain experience, he's the future of Zim cricket not the likes of Mbofana

Chapungu attempts to do his impersonation of Chris Gayle again, 37 off 32 and out
Tari broke the thumb on his bottom hand. He played in the last game with his knackered thumb and couldn't hold the bat properly. Ironically he batted very nicely with just one hand, like those simple training drills we get kids to do to get their elbow up. He held out for a while but it was the story of his season, get a start and then gets out.

And Mike bowled pies against Eagles. The plan was back of a length and outside off, instead the Eagles batsmen were treated to floaty half volleys. When it was back of a length Eagles were kept quiet. But his attitude stank throughout the game which was worse.

Brandon was supposed to play in the Eagles game but he was left out for Ronnie. Much to the ire of the coaching staff... Good to see he is playing in this game though.

Mavuta gets 6/45 on debut...not bad!
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Well done Mavuta- Now lets get more of the under 19s in the squads. The left arm chinaman Magiaria springs to mind he could do well as well as the beanpole Ngarava who blew away south africa

Shingi hitting sixes to continue his batting form and taking wickets... Could have been a better replacement than Mupariwa in the national squad?

I hear Tuskers implemented a new selection committee last game.
Hereforsoworth the likes of Thabo Mboyi back in the fold with a 5fer last game. Ncube and this game Charlton Tshuma(7wickets)
The shake up has told the old guard that all is not roses and a good win last week and so far a bonus point and to chase 300 in two days,,,,Tuskers may win or come 2nd in the Logan cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!
