Mangongo is cheaper than Whatmore and they are having to cut costs everywhere.
That is about the size of it. They don't need a 'review' to work it out. They are not making brilliant cricket decisions.
They make a decision and then spend some time working out some vague words to justify it.

The current players are spoiled and lazy. They are more interested in KFC than winning matches. Mangongo will get them back in shape, you can tell he has no interest in junk-food.
