Afrikaans much much more common than English amongst the whites in Namibia. Pretty sure theres even more native German speakers than Native english speakers there. Most speak Afrikaans or German amongst themselves and use English when speaking to blacks

Surprised that Baard and Kotze are not playing for Namibia. van Lingen is a talented player and good to see Williams finally playing against a big team

Namibia batting first, no chipungu again. Hope he at least gets one game this series.
Re: Zimbabwe Emerging vs Namibia
not giving chances to youngstars. failures chamu, chari, mutambami, ndlovu in every match..shit it is rubbish
Re: Zimbabwe Emerging vs Namibia
I think Zimbabwe might do a lot better in ODIs. Obviously the longer the format, the more exposed these associate teams get. Esp if they are technically weak.
I would expect internationals like Mumba, Chamu, Chari, Ndlovu to perform a lot better in longer formats against inexperienced opposition.
Matt Welch and Bennett have looked promising, will be interesting to see how they develop, big exposure this for them considering the U19 WC next year.
