Yeah I know he isn't coming back just saw the article ......

I'm not sure about the County scene but being in Australia I see how our domestic comp is seen and I just don't see how a career played out in domestic cricket could fulfil any players dreams ?? No one turns up to watch matches and everyone is just playing to make the national team. Is it the same over there ??

Ashwell Prince has left. He might not have the runs on board to bowl too and be back in 2nd XI cricekt.

Well no not really. The county games are now followed with a bit more interest. I went to the game around the country this year and on some occasions (In Kent) there was full houses for 3 days!

Prince retired mate, he didn't leave because he wasn't happy.

That I know. Wasn't implying that he wasn;t happy. Only that him and Alviro carried you guys, and with him gone it will be tough. :)

Ah yea, I agree it will be tough now. But the beauty is we have a lot of young cricketers coming through making a lot of noise in the 2nd XI
