Playing a test match with no DRS is just ridiculous. Anyway
We just have to avoid the follow on at all costs

Dead plumb that one. Reiffel with the finger up in no time.
Here we go, can Evans bat? We need at least 50 from him.

I actually thought Evans was going to bat at 6. This is the first time I have to say DH and co have gotten it completely wrong in my opinion. Even with injuries this is still the wrong team

Why can't they have a head mounted camera with a small screen that fits in the pocket and it replays in slo mo so the umpire himself can review it? Even call the other ump over for these decisions.
With all this modern tech and we have to rely on a bungling moron or a guy that probably has a bet on the other team.

Reiffel brings only bad memories. And looks like he adds more of them now. Come on, Kaia was looking like our best bat and was trying to maximize his debut.

I’ve thought this for a while - I’m not sure the ICC would ever approve it for internationals but there’s surely a market for some sort of affordable handheld system for domestic/club/amateur cricket etc around the world. A cricket themed/marketed and upgraded version of a GoPro with instant replay for umpires.Googly wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 8:17 amWhy can't they have a head mounted camera with a small screen that fits in the pocket and it replays in slo mo so the umpire himself can review it? Definitely a business there

Yeah, Tsiga and Chamu selections and batting positions are inexplicable.
