I would say the WC has been brought back to life by AFG and now NED. Opens up the table for a few more games. And a few more upsets eg AFG knocking over SA or NZ on a rank turner and all of a sudden sides start seeing must win games.

most of these commentators don't actually watch the games... Be it anybody... Most of them only know about their home team.. There are very few experts who have global knowledge of all teams.

By the way Netherlands have dropped what could be an unbelievably expensive catch, that of David Miller.

Not so sure of that. Netherlands are back to playing the associates for the next 4 years, following the scrapping of the super league. They are very unlikely to play any full members at all outside of world cups. It's a shame.
