[Match thread] Only Test - Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
Re: [Match thread] Only Test - Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
Zimbabwe paying for a slow scoring last session on day one, when they were completely on top. As sure as night follows day Zimbabwe will have a spectacular batting collapse at some stage!!
Re: [Match thread] Only Test - Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
I agree that Zimbabwe should have cashed in more yesterday when they were on top. Their failure to score more runs yesterday has put greater pressure on them now that the inevitable collapse has ocurred. It is disappointing to see so many of the batsmen getting themselves out.

350 up!
I know we are all disappointed about the quick wickets but this is a pretty good score.

Though your reply is laced with sarcasm, don't be surprised to find that as the case. As an example, I give you Vusi.hhm wrote:I acknowledge your perspective. I suppose against a quality bowling line-up Mawoyo will justify even more just why he belongs at this level and no doubt get that half-century which eluded him; and of course Ervine will probably find his form & mental strength against that opposition too. Mighty Bangladesh just found him in a bad space!Maweni wrote:HHM, I usually like what you have to say and think it's intelligent but your line up doesn't even resemble intelligence.
The top four have done well, why ruin that? ....once Ervine finds his form again he'll be a better choice than Ewing for that position, and that for the moment they should have used Regis or Forster going into this match.

Utter shambles collapsing like this.
Same old Zim.

Has Kyle Jarvis been taking batting lessons from Mpofu or New zealand's Chris Martin by chance?

I reckon Jarvis might be better throwing the kitchen sink at those ones outside off stump (or better still, leave them) because one of these attempted off drives will go straight to first slip.

What a complete shambles. Imagine what England or South Africa would do to this team. 100 would be a good score!!
Bangladesh and Zimbabwe no where near test standard!!
