Great to see vermuelan getting some runs. He's been in good form of late, getting starts but then getting out
so its nice to him get a score of some significance, hopefully he can go on and make a biggie
Its also nice to see young Mutizwa getting a chance, and better still getting some runs. We've all spoke endlessly about this lads potential, hopefully this is the beginning of a fruitfull cricketing carreer.

vermeulen is out for 57, its sad he did not go on to make a biggie but he has set a good platform for others to take zim home.I hope we will not witness another famous zim collapse.I hope foster goes on make a hundred for zim.

Vermeulen's departure has slowed things down a bit, sadly. Hopefully that's just while Taylor gets settled...
Re: [Match Thread] Zimbabwe v Kenya - 4th ODI
Taylor needs to be the one to steer us home, its quite good in away that the same players have a chance to make amends by chasing down the same kind of score that they failed to chase down a couple of days ago.

Think it was in the Zim Independent during the week that Taylor took responsibility for not chasing fast enough in the last match. They'll need to watch that they don't do the same thing here, though - from racing at 6+/over, our run rate has now dropped below the required rate...zimfan1 wrote:Taylor needs to be the one to steer us home, its quite good in away that the same players have a chance to make amends by chasing down the same kind of score that they failed to chase down a couple of days ago.

Mutizwa gone, Chappie in. Lets hope he and Taylor can steer us home without any more casualties.
