I didnt think i'd have to explain myself but turns out i need to...
A bug does not have the capacity to think bar for pure instinctive robotic traits...
eat...banging....etc.
A duck has the capcity to feel pain in the same way a human does. The only thing is they cannot express themselves in a same way a human can,. so they would just be painfully confused. It is absolute torture what Taylor did.
If your lucky enough to live in an area with wildlife...go observe a duck family with its little ducklings.
You will see the mother and female duck taking the baby ducks for a walk, you will see them cross the road after checking if its clear, they will all walk in a straight linwe...get too close and daddy duck starts to get mad and protective...
If you see a duckling die you will observe the other ducks grieve and even get depressed.
I've seen videos wherein a dog would get run over and the dogs other dog friend would drag him through 4 lanes of traffic to safety whilst whimpering (i can provide a jewtube video if you like) i havbe also seen Orca whales (which apparently have a very similar intelligence level to humans....form armies and follow instructions from ringleaders, talking to each other.
I have seen monkeys drive cars and act like humans too...they are similar to us.
A bug does'nt do any of those things

And as usual Zimbabwe have left it for the tail enders to score the winning runs! (If we had a list of favourite forumites ZimDoggy for me would be the Player&coach à la Grant Flower).sloandog wrote:A bug does'nt do any of those things
You live close to a beehive kill a bee and put it in your pocket, see how these bees will react to one of their own.
Then on the other side of the scale I met a guy who has a beehive in their ceiling and every morning they open the windows to let the 'guys' out and they get honey from those bees. NOBODY has been stung in over Ten years. I got this from a guy while we were standing in the queue at the border and everybody jumped when this weired critter of an insect with huge clippers straight out of a horror movie came out and peeps tried to kill it and he said you know what that insect may not mean any harm and is surely going on its a way.
Anyway thats nothing I knew a guy who had/has pet roaches in his kitshcen that are house trained, they ONLY come out at night, in their thousands, when everyone is sleeping and at the crack of dawn or a light being switched off they scamper into hiding and stay there till its night again. Now these little fellows share the dudes food and all so imagine how he feels when you squash one of his buddies?
This is the cause of great injustices done over the years because one race/ethnic group would deem the another to be of no value, or a lesser species. Just because Insects dont feel pain and show emotion the way we interpret it they can be subjected to 'inhumane' treatment.ZIMDOGGY wrote:A bug does not have the capacity to think bar for pure instinctive robotic traits...
