Casualtities will be there for sure bacuase of the conversion from 91 to 60, but we are all very responsible team owners. So don't worry about the best talent missing out. We'll be at our best

For me, this is a fascinating exercise at studying two other things, human psychology and probability theory / game theory. I'll keep an eye on those too as we proceed through this.
