All he needs is the backing of an internet forum.
PJ Moor got parachuted into the ODI team without scoring a run in domestic cricket on the back of Moormania. So I believe we can quite easily get Jakiel a FC cap by the end of the season.
#jakielmania
This is true, this forum has truly influenced team selections, well except for Dabengwa, Matsi, and Maruma constantly being chosen despite achieving nothing. Jakielmania is here to stay and will not stop until he makes at least the ODI side.

The track was very flat but Maruma and Chikabva showed that thy were a cut above the rest. Reggy struggled early on and was dropped on 36 Timcyn was dropped on 40.Rainbow fielded very poorly T Mupunga was the worst of the bowlers with figures og 8-71-5nb-1
OH absolutely battered Takas in this game and was great to watch such quality again.
OH 263/8 (C. Zhuwao getting a 50 and other batsman in the 30s and 40s such as R. Butterworth and Y. Parker. Also M. Vermuelen. Good bowling from Wellington Masakadza as usual.
Takashinga 97 all out
Fantastic opening bowling partnership of Talent Munyoro and Brandon Diplock did it again as they completely destroyed Takashinga's batting lineup. Munyoro with 5 and Diplock with 2.
C. Zhuwao rounded it up with 2 wickets at the end. Kamhunukhamwe was the only batsman to offer resistance as he scored 50.
Takashinga had almost a full franchise team in W. Masakadza, S. Masakadza, F. Mutizwa, R. Kaia, I. Kaia and more who's names I can't remember.
Is Butterworth a chance for a franchise gig this season?
I always felt for him a bit. He was one of the few "stalwarts" left on the domestic circuit in the bad old days, and while his contemporaries like Trevor Garwe all ended up getting an international cap Butterworth seemed to just fall short.
