[Match Thread] Zimbabwe v New Zealand: 2nd Test
Re: [Match Thread] Zimbabwe v New Zealand: 2nd Test
BTW 150 overs have been bowled.
Only Tiripano has managed to bowl bouncers (less than 7). Total Yorkers bowled less than 5.
No real aggressiveness from bowling department, which one normally expects under Ntini's coaching. Ntini should have seen and shown ZIm bowlers how Wagner took wickets with his aggressiveness in the first test.

So I guess the aim is to make the slowest 383 possible! If we are to save this game we'll need to still be batting in the second session on day 4.
I'd love to see Mawoyo grind out like 5 not out off 100 balls this evening.

Wow, Tino really carries a pot belly nowadays; but as long as he can duck alright, I guess it's all right. Some mumblings about "KFC" off-air in the commentary box

Wow at this rate New Zealand are likely to get more wicket than us actually getting runs. Wonder for long we can maintain this. We really need some runs cause this day 5 stuff wont work.

Runs tonight don't matter. It's all about survival.

Yeah it's great. It's a shame more of the batsmen don't show his determination and grit. This is what Test cricket is all about.foreignfield wrote:I can watch Tino block all day, and tomorrow, and the day after ...
Zim can't win, there's no coming back from 4/580 declared. So it's all about batting time now. I'd be thrilled to see Mawoyo bringing up his ton around the on day 4, after about 600 balls!
