There's few things I like more than seeing overly critical people proven wrong, and one of those few things is watching Vusi dominate; so you can only imagine my glee when both happened this morning :D

Vusi did look good against Kenya - but then so did Piet Rinke. Perhaps we need him back also?

So now Vusi is gonna be in the permanent peripherals of the selectors for the one day team again. Distressing. :D

Nah man.
Rinke never moved his feet. I watched him on T.V 4 times, and every single time he was bowled.
Sibanda has a sound technique, and when i watched him score 60 today I was buzzin! :D

Rinke always scored well against associate nations - just like Vusi does. Sibanda might have a good technique but that doesn't help much when you are back in the pavilion. Sibanda has had years to cement his place in the side and never has. He comes out and plays a few nice strokes and then gets out.

Eugene, Sibanda doesn't just score well against associates, he's done well against test nations too with 9 of his half centuries coming against test playing nations (he seems to have a thing for the west indies) and several other acceptable scores in the 30s and 40s. He's a guy who if given an extended run in the side will grow from strength to strengh because, the blueprint is already there.

Sibanda's average of 22 is dismal and his strike rate is even worse - 60. The only way he will succeed is with better shot selection. Too many times I have seen him come out looking to be in good nick and then get out with a poor shot. Admittedly he is hardly the only Zimbabwean to struggle with poor shot selection. Taibu is always getting out trying to play stupid shots.

Now call me nostradamus-Doggy but once again i just knew this would happen.
ZCF whipping themselves in a frenzy over a performance against KENYA.

Newsflash.

Kenya are terrible.
NOTHING that is done out there should be used as a solid platform, everyone was sharing runs.
They are slightly weaker than ur average franchise.

Vusi could get 150 and i still wouldnt call for his perma-inclusion.
