Markram scores his first test hundred looked so good out there, I think he’ll captain South Africa one day.

Bavuma misses out again how long ago since his only test hundred ??

Hhm only talks numbers when it suits him

He didn’t want to respond to me when I pointed out how there was no other player suitable to replace Sean Williams and when I compared Utseya’s numbers to the hopeless Cremer, Williams & Raza he also was silent when the figures showed Utseya to be inferior
I shouldnt bother replying...I mean Cremer just took a 9 fer vs SL and Rubel's lone five wicket haul was way back in 2010 and HHM wants to suggest both bowlers are equally useless. But I've got time on my hands since I'm not watching the SA batting clinic until they declare.

SA have finally declared at 573.

BD have a very long tail with Taijul coming in at 8. The last 4 wickets wont add anything as they never do. Soumya and Imrul both fighting for the same spot here.

Bangladesh are useless. This tour was a bad idea, and I fear it may affect the SA-ZIm one-off boxing Test decision.

Last innings left for the team to show some spine. Hoping that a few of the batters take a page out of Liton's book and see if they can stretch the game to lunch on Day 4. A big 2nd innings score would really help to highlight the progress Bangladesh have made over the past 5 years. No better chance then against a 3rd string SA attack.

Bavuma is going nowhere mate, and rightly so, I rate the kid. Best technique in the side by far.

Aiden Markhram :o oh my lord what a talent. How solid did he look?! THIS guy is going to be special. Throw in Andile, Wiaan, Ngidi and perhaps perhaps Dwayne Pretorius/Thenus De Bruyne, there's a combination of exciting prospects and healthy back up.

He might have a good technique but would any other play be allowed to play 25 Test averaging 33 with 1 hundred and not even have a single whisper about his spot being in jeopardy????

This is South Africa not Zimbabwe Bavuma’s record is average.

Aussies had one of the Marsh brothers with an average like that I think. India had Yuvraj. England had Ballance although he started off with a 60+ average.

But yeah Bavuma is not good enough. Hell of a fielder though.

Marsh and Yuvy had very long careers. Gotta look it up now. Wow, Mitch Marsh 21 Tests with a 21 average...that is shocking for a team like AUS.

Yuvy...40 matches with an average of 33...I guess his talent carried him for so long.
