Why pick such easy opposition as the Eagles ?

If the U19's wanted some real opposition they should be playing against the Rhinos

ZIMBABWE Under 19 cricket coach Kevin Curran believes his weakened side can hold its own in a tough subcontinent against Bangladesh next week. The tour is in preparation for January’s ICC Under 19 World Cup in New Zealand.
The team, which leaves tomorrow, is missing six key players due to end-of-year exam commitments. Notable absentees are captain Dylon Higgins, opening bowler Callum Price and wicketkeeper Pepukai Chisaka.
Mashonaland Eagles spin bowler Tino Mutombodzi will captain the side which will play three youth ODIs against the young Tigers.
Bangladesh have recently come out of a series against England, winning 5-2.
“It’s going to be tough, some of the players in the side have not even left the country before,” said Curran. “We are going to face a lot of spin on turning wickets. But if the boys put to practice what we have been doing in training we will compete.”
Curran added: “A lot of good players are not touring. It’s an opportunity for the other players to stake claims for the World Cup squad. No one is a certainty.”

Squad
Tinotenda Mutombodzi (captain), Brian Chari, Stephen Chimhamhiwa, Gary Chirimuta, Tendai Chatara, Mxolisi Dube, Edzai Jaure, Roy Kahiya, Dean Mazhawidza, Tinashe Mhora, Natsayi Mushangwe, Simon Mugava, Daly Scott, Richard Muzhange, Mazvita Zambuko.
