Hopefully Southerns come in with a better display today.
Also need more guys to step up. Gumbie and Faraz's efforts should be appreciated. However without their contributions we could've been looking at a double digit score for the Northerns as well.

No he wasn’t, he’s a bit older. He played in the 2014 U19s WC which was a tremendously disappointing one for Zimbabwe. Jongwe from memory had a good tournament but guys like Burl, Lake, Musakanda etc all played pretty average.

Southerns continue to stink it up, but Northerns have Glarmorgan on the ropes 52-4

Old hararians looks like a pitch you initially struggle on but if you grind it out such as Gumbie it becomes easier

Maauku in the right conditions is dangerous. I'm happy that they have made a game of it. I honestly didn't rate their chances at the beginning.

Is Cricinfo right in listing Madhevere and Tiripano as captains?

Madande getting a right test from Potts and he is holding his own so far. Good cricket to watch.

You can see why Potts has played for England. This is some serious bowling from Durham, really quick and aggressive - especially when they are bowling to Madande, really trying to target him with bouncers. He's doing well so far, as is Richmond at the other end.
