Zimbabwe defeats India at the Mini-Cricket World Cup

Zimbabwe has defeated India in the opening match of the mini-cricket world cup being held in Botswana. Other participating countries are Sri Lanka, South Africa, Pakistan and hosts Botswana. Here's more: http://www.mmegi.bw/index.php?sid=8&aid ... er/Friday9.

The launch ended with a game between Zimbabwe and India. Zimbabwe won by 41 runs. Zimbabwe notched 185 runs for seven in 30 overs while India had 144 all out in 27.3. Zimbabwe's Reginald Nehonde with 43 and two wickets for 17 runs, was voted man of the match.

Former U-19 International has done quite well there.

Zim are through to the semi finals here, and are playing Pakistan. The other semifinal features Botswana and India.
