With the way the wicket looks tonne playing, what's our thoughts on a par score? 230/40?

We have four spinners in our side which will count in our favour

I think 265/270 is a winning score. Not a flat track at all.

Mire has played 35 games now. I am judging him as someone who has settled. He needs to either go out swinging like Cephas or stick around. He can't be somewhere in the middle. I don't know what's with our players and killing their aggression. PJ was very aggressive to good effect then suddenly he stopped. Now Mire. Even Tari in Dubai looked like he was trying not to be aggressive. The problem is you need to have great technique to be able stick around most of them don't have it

Argh. Williams hits it straight to McCarthy off Murtagh. Spot of bother.

As soon as Sean hit that shot I knew it. It was the way they got him out in the WC too. You could see the trap and he took the bait big time. We just can't be continuing to make the same mistakes. Heath and Lance must be addressing this surely. Our top 5 need to be putting on at least 150 at a minimum before falling.

It's so tense watching us play.

And that's Taylor gone! McBrine has our number. We need a partnership badly.

I'm contemplating turning this off now.

Ok, that was a poor shot from Taylor but how appalling was that decision ?! Diabolical! Why is there no DRS!!

That’s the game and with it our WC hopes.

I don’t even think it’s a case of not handling the pressure, it’s just lack of skill. Zimbabwe are now one of the also-rans of world cricket. That’s just the reality of the situation now.

Wank cricket, just giving their wickets away, all of them.
No responsibility with keeping wickets in the slightest
