It's either raining in Masvingo or the Rocks scorers have run out of pigeons again .......
The score is stuck at 154-5 in the 68th over with Odoyo 0* and Maregwede a lightning fast 4* from 53 balls, including a four !
Ervine is the man out since tea for 60 to Hondo

Re: [Match Thread] Rocks v Eagles (Logan Cup)
The score seems to have hopped along to 240-6 from 98 overs at close of play with Odoyo 43* and Chitongo 14*
Maregwede finally went for 19 from 105 balls while Rocks have been helped by 25 extras, best bowling figures for Eagles belong to Garwe with 14-4-43-3
I make that 2 bonus points each so far and what looks like another draw, unless someone does something very special

Well played Craig Ervine, like i said in previous threads, he's giving the selectors a real headache ! He has to be in the next Squad for international duties, He Meth and Sibanda in my mind.

Southern Rocks 321
Mashonaland Eagles 277/3 (69.3 ov)
Another top knock by Forster Mutizwa who along with Sibanda has been the star of the logan cup so far, another dissapointement for Butterworth getting another 40 as the Eagles continue to look like a formidable side.

Another top innings from young Mutizwa, and a very handy half century from Greg Lamb. These guys and others are really giving the selectors something to think about.
Its a great situation to be in i s'pose.

Re: [Match Thread] Rocks v Eagles (Logan Cup)
It looks as though there is the possibility of a result in this game after all.
Mutizwa 113, Lamb 106, Chigumbura 84 and Chakabva 53 allowing Eagles to declare at 512-8 with a 191 run lead, Mahwire returned 5-92.
With around 50 overs to see out Rocks have already lost Mahwire, opening, and Marillier with only 29 on the board, with a minimum of 44 more overs to be bowled it seems as though the Eagles have their tails up and are going for a win which would put them clear at the top.
