Loss Of Players

why do so many talented players from zimbabwe want to be loyal for other countries?I mean graeme hick was also from zimbabwe,but never represented zimbabwe at international level and ended up as a very fine player for english, and there are so many like him.why this thing happen?

Hick was in 83 world cup team,but did't get chance.as far i know all zimbabwe players loyal to nation.

Sadly not all playesr are so Loyal. It sounds like Danial Landman is not interested in playing for Zimbabwe, nor is Justion Gaisford. Shame :(

I guess it is easy for us to question players loyalty. In the end players have to what is best for their career. Living and working in Zimbabwe is a very tough thing to do these days. And if these young players fail to make it in cricket there really isn't much else in terms of employment in Zimbabwe.
