Dylon Higgins took a ten-for (or something like that) on his FC debut. He's surely good enough.

Nathan Waller's played FC cricket, and Mazhawidza scored runs against Canada.

Not sure about who else at this stage.

i've seen Moor's name mentioned a lot on here when people talk about up and coming youngsters and future talents of Zimbabwe alongside people like Van Rensburg and a few other names i can't recollect but, without being pendantic, what have these youngsters actually done to warrant such praise? have they broken records and been virtual one man teams etc. or is it simply 'potential.' cricinfo hasn't been able to shed much light. I assume they either scored very well or took a bag full of wickets at school/youth cricket and just havn't broken through to franchise level yet.

It's an excellent point you've made r@ndom.
Yeah i understand where you're coming from but these boys are fairly new to franchise and even under 19's level. I think we praise them pradominantly on their ability and potential apposed to their records. They're all very young and have a long way to until they're classed as "real talent" in the Zimbabwe Cricket structure. But without doupt these boys are the future of Zimbabwe, and we need to nurture them as best we can.
