Well, I feel like we lost the day even though we are ahead. Such a waste of strength. Everyone looked to be keeping their heads with the ball. Discipline and decent fielding should get us there tomorrow.

I agree, we've made a royal mess of this situation. With so much time left in the game, and let's be honest the pitch was NOT a minefield, we should have just focussed on batting out the day. I have no idea why Taylor and Raza batted like we were after a quick declaration.

We've got enough on the board to make it an interesting game for sure, but I think we've thrown it away. Had we played with attrition and worn down the BD bowlers, we'd have had the psychological edge and that probably would have seen them fold like a house of cards when batting. But instead, we gave them the momentum - they'll feel they are more than just in with a sniff.

Dumb cricket.

And failing to take a wicket in that final session sums up where this match is at, we're on the back foot now.

I give Bangladesh a chance but don't be so pessimistic, Bangla boys will have to score more than double of what they scored in their first innings on a day 4 pitch to win this one. Not going to be easy at all.

Yea I'll second this, I think they'll struggle, although I'm not impressed at all with Wellington Mazakadza. He doesn't turn the ball anywhere near enough and bowls too full.

I don't foresee WM or Mavuta getting amongst the wickets. Let's hope Williams' finger is feeling okay because I think the only way we do well here is if he and Raza get the ball to do a bit.

If the seamers were going to make an impact, I think it would have been tonight as it was getting dark.

I'm feeling bad about this :(

Kayes and Liton look solid. The quicks swung the ball for 2 overs, which is more than what Jayed got. But the concerning thing is Raza got massive turn straight away. was that off some irregularity on the pitch, due to the night time conditions or dew, or was it a sign the pitch is now a day 4 minefield??? tomorrow will tell.

but till that final Raza delivery, this pitched looked a good sporting deck. at least Zimbabwe have wasted a review and can only afford to review a blantant miscall now.

I think the sooner Cremer is back the better. Mavuta should be in every single squad, but not necessarily every starting XI. ODI's and T20's will help his skills enormously, and he should play all the LOI games, but test cricket is a different kettle of fish all together.

By the way...Brian Chari..
If this man plays next game, and Ryan Burl is benched, I'll be fuming. He's not good enough for god sake :x
