We won :D and by a long way which is good. good contributions all round with the bat and some very good bowling by Mushangwe. 4-18, and a runout as well. Another win good stuff, pity we didn't have this momentum going in to the tournament.

Its nice to finish of with a good win but there will be a lot of questions asked of this bunch.

Its hard to see when and if any of these players will be good enough to step up to full international level.

http://stats.cricinfo.com/u19wc2010/eng ... tournament

Tournament avergaes. Batting records are pretty horrible, with only 1 50 in 6 matches. Especially when you consider that 4 of those 6 games were against associates...

Maybe we should look at the stats for the U19's for there total performances against Bangladesh, pakistan, the South african domestic U19's, the word cup warm ups and the world cup. The world cup was disappointing but there performances over the past 3 months haven't been to bad. Would anyone be bothered collating these stats?
Dylon Higgins didn't take a wek for the entire tournament yet took 10 in a domestic game, what does this say about the standard of the Logan Cup?

Batting & bowling averages for under-19 internationals from the last 2 years. I'm afraid these do include the previous u-19 world cup as well, but I don't know how to get rid of those games...
