I was about to comment that Chari seems unsure whether to play forward or back half the time against the spinners, and now Hami gets out like that.

It'll be interesting to see the Don bat alongisde BBC, and who's the technically better opener ;)

Tiripano will never have a better opportunity to score a Test century. Zero time pressure, batting at three. Hope he can do it.

I see he’s on off now after his trigger. It’s just a matter of a couple of inches. He’ll be fine if he keeps that up. He’s got hard hands too, pushes at the spinners. He’s not shit by any means, but we’ve got better guys in the hut.

Tiripano looks quite good against the spin, especially considering that Zimbabwe sometimes struggle against left-arm orthodox. In defence, at least.

He should set out his stall to get a double or triple hundred--balls faced, that is. I wouldn't mind him defending against the spinners all day tomorrow.

Well you’ve hit the nail on the head. If a lower order batter cum night watchman looks more comfortable than your opener you know the selectors are c”^*ts. Simple.

100% agree. There will never be a better opportunity for the Don

Hami has never been comfortable against spin. He actually did better than I thought in the first test.

This is going to be a game for the simple players. As much as BT, Williams and Raza are the key wickets, Tiripano Moor and Chakabva have a massive role to play here too. No time pressure. Just knock the ball around when you can. One of them has to score as many as Miraz.

Bat session by session. We shouldnt be losing more than 2 wickets a session.Block the morning session when there is a bit of life for Mustafizur. The afternoon session has seen the most runs being scored so we should knock it around then. I suspect the turn will start maybe after tea tomorrow. So we need to have pushed somewhere close to 300 to avoid the follow on by then. That should be our target for now. Bangladesh have to bat again if we want to even think of drawing this game.

Tiripano's performance at 3 will prove the level of Logan Cup whether its poor or upto the mark. Tiripano was 2nd in the list of most runs in logan cup 2017-3018 season.

From Cricinfo:
sohel0415: "Interesting fact: tiripano has more runs and higher average than chari in same number of test"
I'm backing DT to do well here actually. I didn't see any of today's play but given so many runs were scored I'm guessing the pitch is still decent to bat on. I'm backing the Don in here.

Hoping we can take this deep into tomorrow's final session without losing too many wickets.
