I see the Afghans are claiming Mujeeb is only 18, that’s a worse lie than claiming Rashid Khan is 20. Playing age group cricket there can’t be much fun, they’ll have a 20 year old bowling 140 rockets at grade 5’s.
It's disgusting that they lie about their age, or at least fail to acknowledge the whole truth of it. I mean I can't for one second believe Shaheen Afridi has just turned 19, sending down 90mph rockets? Yea right!

On a side note, I'm loving Rashid Khan going wicketless...again! I hope his star's burnt out, I think the guy is ridiculously over rated but has the mental edge over the batters due to his pace and googly.

had the exact same thought about Afridi myself the guy looks no younger than 26 and that’s being generous . No doubt he is youngish but my lord no way is he 19 I cannot buy that one bit . Khan Being 20
Is laughable as well ! Onto bowling 90mph at a young age it is possible though , Patty Cummins was sending them down at 90mph and quicker at 18 , and has been done by other bowlers previously at young ages .

Yeah but Cummins didn’t have two wives and 12 kids by 19. Let’s see if they play these guys in the U19 WC or they dig up some other “youngsters.”
It’s good watching them get shagged, I don’t like them, they’ve always got a lot to say.

Age cheating is a all over the subcontinent anywhere from 1 to 3 years. All my relatives born in BD have 1-3 years shaved off their age. Not sure if they do that in India, but its rampant in BD/PAK/AFG.

Mujeeb actually looks 18, unlike Rashid. Shaheen Afridi also looks to be about his stated age. Baby faced those two versus Rashid.

Not much of a thing in India to be honest. Might have been a few cases 2-3 decades ago but not now for sure. Also, when it comes to cricket, BCCI has been very strict about age group competitions and has suspended players who have given wrong age proofs in the past at U15, U19 levels so not likely to happen anymore.

Big game today in the context of this tournament, England v Australia and if the hosts slip up today, boy they are in serious trouble.

Yeh apparently archer is struggling with a side complaint and is in serious doubt . The rails feel
Like they will come off if England lose tonight , to me this is the biggest rivalry in cricket in the modern era . Only because they play each other regularly . Very pumped for the game, I think the Aussies are going to do England tonight especially if archer isn’t playing and no Jason Roy. We shall see I guess

This game is over before it started. I’d settled down for the day but it’s an anti-climax, they’re going to post 350 plus and England are going to bottle it.

Glad I said that
England have seriously pulled this back. Dunno why I want them to win, I guess I want to watch Buttler.
