He will have to somehow change his visa. I don’t know enough about it, but the Poms are making it extraordinarily difficult. When you wander around Slough and see about 500 000 Zimbabweans you have to wonder how they’re there. If there’s a slippery way of border jumping you can trust a Zimbo to find it.

Once there are a certain number of Zimbos there, which there are, there’s a tipping point and you can find a cousin brother and get in on a family settlement visa. That looks like the most likely option.

You’ll find a lot get in as students too.
Most Indians and Chinese in Oz have student origin.
Get a cheap easy degree, skirt work laws but setting yourself as a contractor, and if you have money like the Chinese , and you can pay people to do the exams and check in
