I am shocked that it took till the 19th pick for Williams to go
Yeah, People trying to cover all the bases first, top class bat, top class bowler, power hitting all rounder, WK, what not, before looking elsewhere. As foreignfield said, things will get interesting from now on with very few high quality picks available.

Yes great pick CA; crazy to think he fell so low, I really expected Eugene to pick him up at #18

Hard decision now for me because there are probably 8 really good players left, so after I pick my two here my next picks will be of a much lesser quality

Tempted to pick Razor to give myself a really good spin attack; but the dearth of quality batsman means I'll have to grab some good batsman whilst they're still available.

Sikander Raza is an easy pick for #20 for his batting, bowling & fielding

Pick #21 was a tight choice between Kevin Curran and Hamilton Masakadza; I was all set to take Hamilton due to his mountain of runs and his ability to play quality pace bowlers better than most Zimbabwean openers. But in the end after deliberating with my 'secret selector' I decided to go with the late Kevin Curran.

Again KC was a triple threat with bat, ball and fielding; his first class numbers were amazing; almost unparalleled by any Zimbabwean.

Just under 25,000 1st Class & List A runs (26 Hundreds) and 969 wickets!!!!

International cricket came a bit too late for KC but no doubt a deserving pick at #21

Ah heck! I thought nobody would notice Kevin Curran and I had locked him up for my pick #27! That changes things now...

Hahah I was hoping the same thing; but I knew with the guys left no doubt you or Eugene would have picked him up; the fact I doubt many people here ever saw him play saw him drop so low. From what I've read and what people have told me he would one of the best players Zimbabwe has produced.

I now find myself in the odd spot of not having a single front line seam bowler; yet the quality of my all-rounders means I could easily open the bowling with Johnson & Curran with Ervine a more than capable 1st change bowler.

So, in an ODI setting, a career economy rate of less than 4 is absolutely "Price"less. Former world number 2, solid no. 10 bat, Raymond William Price, another massive personal favorite, is my next pick. Price had also won the heart of the toughest Aussie of them all, Steve Waugh. I've got two wonderful sledgers locked down to mentally disintegrate the Aussies now :)

Good choice Crimson; you had to lock up Razor with Kriterion almost certain to take him if you didn't.

I thought you might be tempted to take Hamilton who I know is another personal favourite of yours

Yeah, Razor was important. I'm sure I'll not get a chance to pick Hamilton now :) . I was also sure I'll not get either Williams or Raza based on what I had assumed as picks by eugene and Kriterion, but thankfully had those available when it came back to me. Had you picked Razor, I would have gone for Raza.
