Hmm Anderson in ODIs? Idk if I'd take him even with the 99th (last) pick in the draft!
Maybe he didn’t bother reading the draft criteria and picked his side based on a Test match 😜😜😜
:D :D Now, where have we seen this happen before...

Not going to lie, I completely forgot about the ODI criteria with this round, but I still think he is a good pick on ODI stats alone.

He has an economy under 5 and a better average and SR than a lot of other players out there that people are frothing over. At the end of it, his ODI stats are pretty good and taking him on his day, he'd be getting some good movement and causing problems. We only think of him more as a test player because he has stuck to that format more recently.

To say you wouldn't pick him even with the 99th pick is being naive and silly.

Jimmy Anderson is another all-time favourite of mine; I loved his action and watching him bowl in English conditions 😍😍😍

Damn. I had debated on BT for so long with my last pick but having AB made me decide not to go for a wk and instead get Marnus. Even though he has not played too many ODIs, an average of 50 is damn good and that's what swayed me.

Damn. I didn't expect BT to go this early.

BT is a high value pick here...averages 40+ with 83-84 strike rate.

I admit I had my eyes on BT for this round but never really expected to get him, and there is a certain dadaistic poetry in

He is, but there's still quite a few superior players available. I had my eyes on BT too but didn't expect him to be picked in this round. This is a "Zimbabwe" cricket forum though, so I shouldn't be surprised.
