OK I can see consensus in a few areas: Masakadza at 1, Taibu at 4, Chigumbura at 7, Blignaut at 8, Price at 10 & captain and Prosper & Matsi out.
A few debatables are: where should Taylor bat? We love Cremer and we want him somewhere but where? There's no consensus on Masakadza's opening partner, but we all agree he needs someone stable & consistent but who?
Finally our attack: if we need 3 spinners Prosper comes in, right? Blignaut gets the new ball but with who - Ireland, Jarvis, Mupariwa, Rainsford, Shingi or Mpofu?
Other areas seem flexible: Vusi Sibanda, Williams, Ervine, Coventry, Waller & Lamb come in & out seemingly randomly, seemingly anywhere; Mutizwa has to wait a bit longer; and we're waiting for Goodwin's final flourish with the national team.

Granted I've not put my own opinions but I thought a summary was in order ... 8-)

Persoanlly i don't think the whole " Maurray Goodwin situation " will ever happen. He's 40 years old now and hasn't played an international match for a decade  Though he's a fine and world class player, i don't think he'll ever play for Zimbabwe again. His reason for leaving was because his wife wasn't settled where she was, so after living in ....Australia i think... for a long period of time, why would she want to move back :|
I do however want to be proven wrong, which (i think it's fair to say) that all of us have been proved wrong in terms of the returning players. :D

He's only 37, and still scoring runs in the County Championship. If he wanted to come back he'd walk into the side.

In the tests Mark Vermeulen will be needed. He is a great asset to the team when he is in form. He should be given the opportunity to play more and more domestic matches for Matabeleland Tuskers so that he can expose himself and press his selection process.

Ya i agree with you Detective, when he's in form he can be a world beater, but when he's out of form, he look terrible. I'd actually have him in my squad, just with his experience alone the team would benifit.
