Injured Murali out of World Twenty20

Sri Lanka's chances at the World Twenty20 have suffered a huge blow after offspinner Muttiah Muralitharan was ruled out of the tournament with a groin injury. He has been advised two to three weeks rest, and a replacement is yet to be named.
 Will the force be with us today ?? Fingers crossed, a big blow for Sri Lanka, and a huge plus for us

In my opinion, with Murali out, Sri Lanka look for fragile in the bowling department. Ajantha Mendis hasn't performed consistently for a number of months now, and Lasith Malinga will be short of confidence after his poor bowling performance against New Zealand. Like you said Andy24, we now need to take the opportunity with both hands. Oh I hope we go for a full prong spin attack in today's game. We could really strangle Sri Lanka. In my opinion we have the strongest spin attack in the tournament, but that's just my opinion.

Can't belive no Blignaut. From his reputation of a six hitter AND has experiance then I'm shocked. There must be a reason.

Really think Tabiu should open though, but I'm sure Taylor will do well. :W:

We need a really good start against the pace men when we start batting! Malinga is such a dangerous bowler at the death though so we need to be in with a shout by the time he comes on :|

Anyway Im too excited

And Lancashire are doing really well  :W:
