I'm just gonna watch to see if Regis can get a 50, he deserves it, today he's the only one of our batters who I'm not hyperventilating while watching

I'm not sure I have ever seen Chakabva clear the ropes before! He is probably our best option as wicketkeeper at the moment so let's hope his batting is really turning a corner. The rest of the team should be ashamed of themselves, this is some of the most woeful batting you will ever see - Jongwe running himself out, Burl picking out the lone fielder, etc.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

We need Ervine, Williams and Raza back as soon as possible.

The batting is a rabble really. Too much inexperience.
Yeah Myers, Madhevere and Marumani all together shouldn't be thrust into a game at the same time, imagine Raza instead of Maruma and one of Williams/Ervine in place of Marumani, we'd be way more stable.
You are right if we were any other country. But the alternatives for us right now are Chari, Chibhabha and Kamunhukamwe. I'd rather have the three youngsters in the side. They will come good, let's be patient.

The three kids alongside BT, Sean & Craig would be a good top six.

If Raza, Craig and Sean are back next game who gets dropped besides Maruma? I would say Marumani and I cant decide between Burl and Myers . Probably Burl
Can't drop Burl. Raza isn't fit enough to bowl - so we need Burl for a spin option.

Don't think Craig & Sean will be back unfortunately. I understand they both tested negative but their respective family members still tested positive so theres concern around that. ZC hopeful they could be back for the 3rd ODI but realistically looks like the T20 series now.
So I guess it's a straight swap Raza for Maruma. I hope they call Tari to replace Maruma

He was one of the best batters in the domestic T20 this season. He's one of the best batsmen in the country, as I've been saying for a long time. It's difficult when he usually comes in at 7 or 8 though when the match is already lost. Whenever he gets a chance higher up the order he generally does well, in all formats.

Switching to Ireland vs South Africa ODI, Ireland will trump South Africa today to win the series 2-1
