Okay guys and gals what's your all time favourite Zimbabwean shirt. Starting from the 1992 CWC to the recent Tri Nations series
It's a tough one because we've had some brilliant tops in past years. However we've had some rather ugly ones too. From the end of 2004 to the end of 2008 we've had some horrendous tops, but no worse than the World Cup shirts. Just pure red ?! Please.
But I think the best Zimbabwe shirt I've ever seen was the Orange and Red shirt with the big "Z" going across it. I think that was last year in Bangladesh when we lost 3-2. I just thought it was a refreshing change from the traditional colours of green, red and white.
Yes, even I believe the Orange "Z" was probably one of the worst. For me, classics were the 1999 CWC and 2003-2004 one, during Heath Streak's regime (the Old Mutual one).
Anyway, to make decisions easier for others, here are the mainly used shirts by Zim so far...
. Actually I quite like the current Coca Cola one.
