Well played Matsi.

He never lets his country down. Now where are those 55 batsmen better than him. Well not in this line up

Also I am pleased to see Craig Ervine put in a good performance.
A talented batsman but a modest, hardworking character, Stuart Matsikenyeri is the third of three school friends from Churchill Boys High School, Harare to represent Zimbabwe in international cricket. - Cricinfo.

Craig has done well from the limited opportunities that he had had mostly. Matsikenyeri Has been playing for donkeys years and for an experienced player is not fuffiling his potential

180-5 after 55 overs, Ervine 83*, Rainsford 16*

I won't tempt fate by saying that things are looking better, i'll just say that it's not looking as bad ....... :?

Are cricinfo having us on or is Big Ed actually batting at 7 ?

Well, CricketEurope are also listing Ed, so I'd believe it. Quite high up the order for him, though...

83 not out and still going. Quite a useful 'muppet' apparently.

I am glad Craig Ervine has proved his doubters on this forum wrong. He is clearly a player with a lot of potential.

Hopefully not putting the curse on Craig here, but he looks to be as much of a match-saver for us here as Vusi was against Kenya.
