Zim Cricket Awards

Post by tawac »

We once had polls for each tour Zimbabwe had on this forums. So if we join all the polls for the period who is the cricketer of the year? We can then compare the the awards on 3 September.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'

Stopped doing the series polls a while back, so no awards this year. For what it's worth, though, tallying up the ones we did do after the last set of awards were announced, the top five players according to the good members of ZCF were:

1 Ray Price
2 Elton Chigumbura
3 Hamilton Masakadza
4 Prosper Utseya
=5 Graeme Cremer
=5 Brendan Taylor

Are people interested in resurrecting these for this season?
