Ghetto Cricket (Hwishu)

Post by bayhaus »

When we were growing up in the late 80's to 90s we played a version of cricket using a soccer ball a description of the game is found here - http://bit.ly/dh1vb9
Last time I went to our ghetto there were nets there and nets at all the primary schools there so ZC has done well in that regards.
Other games - http://bit.ly/9vF45k

This is crazy man. I remember it when we were kids. And think this is the reason I fell so much in love with cricket the first time I watched it on the telly.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'
