Hamilton Masakadza and Selectors

Post by Dr_Situ(ZimFanatic) »

What wrong has Hamilton done that he is suspiciously being axed for 3 matches? Why Dabengwa bats at no.3 while Cremer is warming benches in subcontinent pitches? Is there any point in discussing when anybody can be axed anytime from Zimbabwe Cricket team? Does selectors owe something to Zimbabwe people and their worldwide fans?

In short:

No Fair Selection, No Cricket

Maybe his axing is linked to fitness issues

Joking aside, i honestly thimk that there's something fishy going on with the selection team. Maybe Campbell is being threatened, maybe he's being bribed or maybe he just out and out stupid. One way or another, something doesn't add up, and it needs to be adressed, her embaressing defeats like today will become more and more apparent.
If you remember, the Pakistan wicket keeper was getting death threats from the U.A.E and Bangladesh, and he flead to the U.K for protection.
The matter needs to be adressed because the makeup of the side, on paper, is beginning to look like the side on 2007/08

Kamba is a perfect gentleman, a great man. He just cant be bribed and he is not at all stupid. He is instrumental in reviving Zimbabwe and bringing back former players. I am seriously worried by the 'being threatened' theory

Either there is something strange/fishy going on (like political influences or quotas) or Campbell is just stupid.

Hi mate, I haven't heard any such thing that Zulkarnain got threat from BANGLADESH. Could you please tell us the source of this. Otherwise please do not mix Bangladesh with that issue, please.

Not a big problem mate. I just wanted to be sure of that, thats all. I was not aware of any such irregularity in BD's cricket at least.

It does'nt add up, we should be playing the world cup team, Taylor and Hamilton should always open, we shoulld be past experimenting in that role. They need game time together to get even better.
