I wish zim every success at the WC.

ps conant... maybe if you had a decision to make like I had, you would make a better one!

The 15 players representing Team Zimbabwe are now all the more special to me than a certain name-Sean Ervine. It's his choice no doubt but i would be lot happier had he not consented his name at the first place for the WC.

This guy can go to hell. One man does not make a team. It shows how immature this dude is. Mature men like heath streak, pricey and garnt make their decisions as men and they stick with thier decision. Indecisive, immature and stupid I think. Next time ZC should not allow these guys to play with our minds. :( :( :( :(

Conant said it way nicer than what im thinkin right now. How could he say that just a few days afta commiting himself. I hope this is the last thread we talk about 'Mr i can walk in & out of Zim team anytime i want to.' Personaly i'm not disappointed about losing him, but rather how he made a mockery out of everyone. Maybe Ms Marsh threatened to cover her middle stump for good cz only love makes some men act this crazy. He is such a £>%:¥@¤

Do we have a reason yet....or can he just not be arsed...
Terrible news. I would have loved to have seen him in the side. But you know what, one man does not make a team...Mawoyo is a VERY VERY exciting prospect, and it could be a blessing in disguise.
I still think our world cup chances are strong, it's just weather or not we have the mental strength to get past this barrier, because lets face it, with Ervine in the side, the balance of the team looked much healthier.

As usual you speak alot of sense.

I wanted Sean back but I am now tired of this will he, won't he. So it is time to forget about Sean and look to Tino and other players who can plug the gap.

If he wants to stay at Hants good luck to him. He seems a nice bloke and I wish him well. However he does not have the right to mess Zimbabwe Cricket, Hampshire CCC and the fans of both around like this.

So what I am trying to say is Sean Ervine, pee or get off the pot. Now you have made your decision STICK TO IT.

This is a disappointing decision that Sean Ervine is well within his rights to make. I just hope we dont continue to chase after ghosts and instead just focus on the players we know we have.

Arguably, he'd just singed a 3-year contract with ZC, who would have been well within their rights to expect him to honour it.

He also had plenty of time before signing to consider what it meant - this has been rumbling on since when, October / November? The way he's handled this has been awful, and I know a few Hants fans who are just as annoyed as we are, if not moreso...
