If zimbabwe fail to win their next three games or at least give sub standard performances in most of them would you rip the side up and start again? I would. I would arrange a tri series with Possibly Ireland/Kenya and try out some new players mixed with some experience as their seem to be a lot of free loaders in the squad, this is an extension to the glass ceiling thread I guess My eleven below

A talented batsman but a modest, hardworking character, Stuart Matsikenyeri is the third of three school friends from Churchill Boys High School, Harare to represent Zimbabwe in international cricket. - Cricinfo.

Matsi has experience at test level, is a proven performer in the longer game, and would be an old wise head for the youngsters to turn to.
Rather like when England made Keith Fletcher captain in the 1982 tour to India. The tour may not have gone well but a young generation benefitted from the wise old owl and this was reflected in their perofrmance in latter years.
Matsi would do the same.
No, Matsi is not one of the top 11 cricketers in Zim, he is probably in the top 25.
