Post captaincy bounce

Post by Boundary »

I really don't have time to look at the figures to prove this but surely this uniquely Zimbo phenomenon is beyond doubt now. So is the bounce a result of pressure release or is the captaincy burden so heavy that it sinks form? Is it a mental thing or (between Flower and Taylor) we just went through a period where we couldn't produce anyone of captaincy material?

And Elton joins the party of post captaincy boom.
I think we sshould put someone as a ceremonial captain there . And instructions will come from the dressing room .

Why don't we just have a rotating captaincy? That way every player will experience this upturn in form post-captaincy.
