Ahhhh No, Well played Hammie, but a weak shot to get out with. Seems to be a trend with our set batsmen. Can't complain too much though they have all contributed so far.

Yep, it was a fine innings. Very well played.

The ball has been swinging away for quite a few overs, and actually it has looked like Taylor has been having a harder time playing them. As the senior batsman at the crease he now has the responsibility of push on. Ervine at the crease now! Can he hit his stride today?

Hmmmm is Taibu paying for his comments with Craig coming in ahead of him?

Glad Hammie got his ton.
A talented batsman but a modest, hardworking character, Stuart Matsikenyeri is the third of three school friends from Churchill Boys High School, Harare to represent Zimbabwe in international cricket. - Cricinfo.

Craig 'the walking wicket' Ervine was really struggling to get off the mark there. But then again I've seen Grant take 91 balls to get off the mark once!

Taibu is not paying for his remarks Lostart. Craig is a batsman, who looks like a batsman when he bats and that is why it is proper for him to bat above him. Taibu, on the other hand, is an enigma that continues to outperform our 'real' batsman. I think that's why for a long time observers, internationally mainly, were blinded to the talents of Vusi, Taylor etc. I had him batting at 8 in one of my lineups! I love him though, make no mistake, and I trust and depend on him above all our other batsmen. He's rusty now but he'll soon be racking up those runs!

Hmmm, with the number of people I've seen online here yesterday and today, I think it's probably a good thing we haven't played tests in a while, otherwise I imagine the ranks of the unemployed would have been boosted big time! Don't you all have work or study to do?
