He is human and he's going to fail, but in times of crisis he's the man to go out there and steady the ship. I don't think there is anyone in the current setup who can replace Taibu in the middle order and do a decent job like he does.
Not to talk about him being the best glovesmen in the world. Yes, I said it
If we drop Taibu and Ervine who are we going to replace them with? Matsikenyeri and Dabengwa? Ervine played a useful knock in the test and Taibu is never far away from a good innings so I am not sure why we would want to drop them.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes
Can i say that the performance by Mutizwa was very underated today, He came in with zim tottering at something like 188-4 when they could have had a right collapse but with sibanda they repaired things, Looks to have a cool head on his shoulders
Taibu, Ervine dissappoint us again.bt shld they be dropped,'i don think so'.they shld just spend more tym in the nets getting a few tips 4rom Vusi and taylor.Chiggs as our allrounder only lacks 1thing.....'Aggression'
