currently typing with a very large smile on my face
fantastic win by the boys, well done Zimbabwe!!!! So so so so so happy to see Mazakadza in the runs after a rather long lean patch, and good to see Vusi and skipper Taylor providing a solid platform.
Good to see bobby and Cremer in the wickets too
will look forward to seeing the highlights of this game for sure ;D !!

...and if someone could post a link to the highlights when they appear, I'd be very grateful.
Didn't bother setting the Sky box for this as South Africa normally whip us good, and watching that's no fun. Sod's bloody law we score a victory, and C9UK don't appear to have a highlights show. Aargh.

this was the players saying Later for You to Bvute with this performance from the top shelf. My favourite shots were the two sixws one from Taylor and Vusi first one off Tsotsobe.

I would even have zhuwayo in the side ahead of matsikenyeri. that man is always in the last chance saloon.sloandog wrote:I would still like to see Coventry in the side ahead of Matskinyeri though!

Re: [Match Thread] 3rd Match: Zimbabwe v South Africa
that might be going a bit far haha
but atleast Coventry has some talent to clear the ropes. Stuart is just not good enough it's so annoying. Even Ewing or an in form Chibahba could be a better shout than Matskinyeri. I'd just like to see the selectors choose a squad of players that represent form and hard work, and i dont think we've had a squad like that since the tri series with India and Sri lanka in 2010, where most of the selections were spot on.

Sloan dog lets not dampen the positive vibe that the team has. The boys played well and did superbly well against a future SA 11 so for me there a loads of positives.that we should take forward. I think its just a matter of timing for Matsi who has shown form and dedication which has helped him regain his spot in the team. Im not fully convinced with him yet but at least he is committed to the cause unlike some players who are half hearted about playing for ZIM and dont put the effort. And anyway Stuart is Makoni's boy from way back at Takashinga so he aint getting dropped anytime soon.
