309. This man, who played a few first class matches for representative Zimbabwe, became more successful as a businessman. Who is he?

A bit of a long shot, but is it Craig Hodgson? I'm looking at a photo from his playing days, and the longer I stare, the more familiar it becomes ... :?

No, its not him. In fact, Craig Hodgson is a member of the forum (coveng99), and clarified that the man at Innscor Africa was not the same as cricketer: http://zimcricketforums.com/viewtopic.p ... 130#p34929

I'll have another stab in the dark here: Cedric Jonker would fit your description (a few FC matches for Zim, runs a business) and would also be of the right age, I think. Is it him, by any chance?

A very good attempt, but not correct yet.

OK, let's add clues: He played only during the Zimbabwe era and not during the Rhodesian era.

There - two clues in the above line...

Yes it is! The current non-executive chairman of OK Zimbabwe Limited: http://www.okziminvestor.com/directors/

He also practiced law with Alwyn Pichanik's Winterton's Legal Practitioners before taking up his roles in OKZL. He had played a couple of matches before all this though. So, OK was also a clue there :)

310. Glenn Querl is not the first bowler to be called for throwing at Harare (or earlier Salisbury) Sports Club. I can confirm that the umpire below is not Tiffin, but who is the bowler?
