Clint Heron, Jack's son was featured here: http://zimcricketforums.com/viewtopic.p ... 093#p13049. And this young man does not look like him... :)

I've got this feeling I've seen that photo before, but I can't put a name to it.

Anyway, I hope you forgive me this distraction, Crimson, but I have to share this with you guys. It's Chanel, it's Karl Lagerfeld, it's le dernier cri à Paris, it's cricket: :D

No wonder you might feel that way even if you have not seen him. He has uncanny resemblances to his father. :)

:) You might have unknowingly shared something related to the current open question with that post anyway :)

...hmm, the French are the reigning Olympic silver medallists, after all...

That photo reminds me of Jarvis when he's been heavy-handed with the hair gel!
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Yes indeed! So, foreignfield, you don't really have to worry about the non-relevance at all :)

By the way, a further clue to the open question: This kid's father has achieved something that only 6 others have ever managed, and it is unlikely that anyone would ever join that list in the future.

Is it a Houghton kid and a hundred on a nation's test debut?

That's an excellent educated guess, but still, not correct.

OK, may be a decisive clue. Stare at his photograph and at the expression on his face for a few minutes. You'll get the answer :)
